GP circuits for Formula 2 in 2012

Formula 2 will visit five current grand prix venues in its fourth season of competition, after an eight-event calendar was approved by the FIA World Motor Sport Council. The 2012 schedule will also feature two new races, with the series set for maiden visits to Paul Ricard in July and the Hungaroring in September. It will open, as was the case this year, with Silverstone in April, before moving on to the Algarve - where F2 raced in 2010 - the Nurburgring, Spa-Francorchamps and Brands Hatch.
