F1 rule changes?
The FIA World Motor Sport Council has announced some changes to the 2012 Technical Regulations, which will see the exhaust tailpipes being “strictly regulated in order to ensure that the aerodynamic effect exhaust gases have on the car is kept to an absolute minimum”.
