Good day to all.
After many years of work as ship and forwarding agent, i prepared a diorama 1/24 scale showing one of my usual work situation. In this case, one case and one big carton are being discharged from a Vw pick-up and will be stowed into a 20ft container, bound to be loaded on a liner ship sailing from Ravenna Port (Italy) to Piraeus (Greece). One port worker and one forklift driver are chatting peacefully, whereas one nervous agency clerk is calling his office in order to get instructions. Business as usual.
The container is part of an Italeri kit, the Vw is an old Hasegawa kit and the forklift is an unknown die-cast. Many items are scratch built, some other are coming from my part box. Kits and figures have been painted and weathered where i deemed it necessary.
