Sao Paulo Indy race to resume

The Sao Paulo IndyCar race is set to resume at 4pm local time after over two hours under red flag conditions due to a downpour. The event was stopped nine laps in as the rain significantly worsened. Although it remains wet, the officials have decided that enough standing water has been cleared to allow another attempt to get the event - which will run to a two-hour time limit - underway
